1:1 Six week intensive
The last 3 years I've been lost. I've tried speaking to so many people. I've spent a long time thinking nothings working. This past week I have been doing so much reflection of how far I have come, how much I have bettered myself. I have come off my medication that I have been on for years, I have started reading, I have energy to exercise! I feel enough, I feel smart enough and nothing has changed academically. I am back to the person I lost so long ago but more improved. The best thing about our sessions is being able to think about my issues in a rational way, I think positively 70% of the time and for the rest I feel like I can deal with things that are out of my control.
